Enhancements and Maintenance

After significant customer feedback and inquiry, we are excited to announce new services! From an in- house team, we will be offering our plant expertise for those not seeking a full design- build project, as well as closing the gap on what happens after your Living Landscape is installed.

Little Living Landscapes ("LLL's")

Softscaping Projects with our In- House Enhancements Team

LLL's are a new service inspired by the idea of bringing more abundance, ecological benefit, and ecosystem services to a wider client base. This service is for those that do not need full design- build services.

What's included:

  • Site Assessment

  • Project Planning and Management

  • Material Acquisition and Delivery

  • Planting/ Installation.

What LLL's Are:

  • Set, Minimal Design and Project Management Fee for Project Planning, Management, and Installation

  • No Client Facing Design Deliverables (any design documents are geared for internal use and installation purposes only)- Practically speaking, this means:

    • Clients will not know exact plant palette before installation.​

      • Can still request specific plants/ colors, as well as garden style.

      • Garden styles include:

        • Native Garden

        • Short- grass Prairie

        • Dense, xeric, perennial, Pollinator Garden ("Coloradoscape")

        • Food Forest

        • Crevice Garden​​​

What LLL's are NOT:

  • They are not full design- build projects with subsequent meetings and presentation of design deliverables

​

  • They are not hardscaping projects- LLL will not include flatwork/ concrete work, retaining walls, or patios (whether crushed aggregate or pavers).

​

  • They are not woodworking projects- LLL will not include any custom woodworking installations, such as, fencing, arbors, trellises, or raised beds.

​

How to tell if you're a good fit for a LLL:

  • You want an incredible garden with myriad ecosystem services and aesthetic appeal.

 

  • You are not looking for full design- build services and subsequent design deliverables 

​

  • Trusting of the process and do not need the detail and specificity of exact plant or plant location.

​​

  • Project budget is roughly 4-8k.

​

  • Projects are almost entirely softscaping i.e. garden installations. Little Living Landscapes may include irrigation, mulch (rock or woodchip), edging, and or stone steppers.

Fine Gardening
Maintenance

Our team brings horticultural knowledge and expertise to ensure your space is the greatest expression it can possible be! The maintenance team can also provide small plant replacement and installation services. We will also happily plant and manage your edible, annual beds.

​

Maintenance is specifically tailored to you and your property's needs.

​

Maintenance can only be provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly regime through the growing season (typically early April- early December).

​

Pricing is determined square footage, tasks, access, and scope of work.
