Design
The Process
1. Site Assessment
2. Design Proposal
3. Design Process
4. Final Design
5. Construction
Living Landscapes provides premium design- build services across the Denver metro area. From Aurora to Boulder, we've got you covered. Great installation starts with great design. We tailor design deliverables based off of your specific needs, and level of detail needed for construction.
Our Base Design Package includes a Vision Plan which notes the location and size of all landscape features and all plant material. This is presented in plan view and corresponds to a Materiality Palette and Plant Palette to ensure we are on the same page with all elements of the design before we begin construction.

If further detail is needed for outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits, or any other elements, we can build out designs in 3-D, or create a photoshop vignette to visualize your space in more immersive ways.

Pricing is determined by project square footage, intricacy, and additional deliverables (if any) beyond the Base Design Package.

3-D Models
3-D Models can be created for the entirety of a site or to gain clarity on a specific feature like a pergola or fire pit. 3-D models are add- on services beyond the scope of the Base Design Package.
Photoshop Vignettes
These images splice together real backgrounds and contexts to immerse yourself in what your future landscape will look like. Please take a moment to scroll through some before and after vignettes.
Request a Site Assessment
We appreciate your interest in Living Landscapes. After completing our intake form, we will be in touch with you shortly to further discuss the details of your project and finalize your Site Assessment scheduling.

Site Assessments consist of an in- person walk through of the property, analyzing the space, while gleaning a better sense of your design aesthetic and interests. These meetings take 30 minutes to an hour, and will be followed up with by a Design Proposal to confirm deliverables and design expectations.
